Zero Sum Formula

: of, relating to, or being in a situation (such as a game or relationship) in which a gain for one side entails a corresponding loss for the other side

Because “zero sum” is a mathematical formula it succeeds each and every time; the “house” always wins. And we accept this as the fact, simply living with it in a degree of apathy and resentment and believing that this is the way our lives are intended by God Almighty to be endured until the next Savior or Messiah arrives to lead us to the days of milk and honey and everything nice. And the presumption is that it will be nearly instantaneous.

Not only are we mistaken, we are misled and manipulated and gas-lighted like roman candles. It is not God’s Will that we suffer quite so damn much. That is all human influence and sabotage that intends to keep us apathetic and hopeless and more and more millions of us homeless and unstable and more vulnerable to the cruelties of the world that has always existed whether humans roamed the earth or not.

Each and every accomplishment is sabotaged and each and every error is magnified to be an even greater mistake and all of it is used against us. It is zero sum formula at work in our lives.

Regardless our nation of residence or country of birth, zero sum formula for all the government agencies and hotels and landlords and casinos and corporations, especially the hospitals, are diligently at work making certain each and every individual in the United States is a subject of impossible standards that cannot be obtained in today’s political climate.

Fighting in the courts only feeds the System and digs us into our own graves. Doing nothing is equally as detrimental to our minds and spirits and physical beings.

The tremendous difficulty for me has been getting even one professional individual to respect me; to keep even one contract I knowingly or unwittingly signed in advance. Not one agency or independent person has kept their agreement, whether written or verbal, with me. Not ever once allowed to renegotiate that agreement after the fact, absolutely breaks the agreement according to all that the laws and policies were intended to provide to me as a poverty stricken citizen born in Hollywood, CA, USA.

In Marion Square in downtown Salem, OR, people from various churches and charity organizations giving out food and water to “homeless” folks stuck in the parks and tent cities around Salem, refused to give me anything at all. Several of these generous individuals told me to my face that I deserved to be homeless and deserved to starve to death because of my poor choices in my life that landed me in the currently devastated “public” park that specifically I had destroyed to deliberately offend them, personally.

So I screamed and cried and raged even louder. That was highly entertaining for the long term homeless folks who did work the System to get food in their ugly faces two or three times a day all over the downtown area of Salem. Or snatching things out of my hands.

It was even worse in Portland, OR.

But no one wants to hear my big sob story, “Oh stop it MJ! It’s too overwhelming and I have far too many clients that are much worse off than you are, I don’t want to hear it. Just get with the program and you will get your public housing when you get to the top of the waiting lists and not a minute sooner than someone else.”

I was arrested from the Extended Stay America hotel in Beaverton, OR, for trying to be a permanent guest when in fact the opposite was true. I had paid my bill and tried to check out but my car had been stolen by William and Rosalie Carter, long term guests there, in coordination with Johnie Harrelston, the hotel manager, and officer Benjamin Stubbs of the Beaverton Police Department who refused to put in my claim to Geiko and get my car back to me from Drake’s Towing in St. Helens, OR where Rosalie Carter was arrested and my car was “found.”

There was zero chance that I would see any kind of justice, much less any respect.

Because Andrew T. Stave of King County, WA and Gregory Cheney, of Clark County, WA, court appointed defense lawyers assigned to me, both did the diametric opposite and insured I was the one who suffered grave consequences for criminals taking unfair advantage of me and my vulnerabilities.

There are many hundreds of thousands of US citizens who are deliberately targeted by government agencies and health care corporations and insurance companies to become destitute and lose everything they have worked decades to achieve in their “retirement.” I am not nearly the only one to be singled out and be terrorized by doctors and judges and even homeless strangers; it actually could be you also.

I was told by several people that they are only one paycheck away from homelessness themselves and while I do have a great empathy for them and their big sob stories, none of my compassion is actually reciprocated. It is told to me in the tone of voice and facial expressions that imply that I should have worked harder and prevented myself from being homeless in a city I’ve never been before. Just stayed where ever I came from and sucked it up and got a better grip and not impose myself on them, personally, because they cannot handle even one more complaint they can do nothing constructive to solve for themselves either.

Whose hard work and sacrifice was supposed to bring global peace and prosperity to the generations living in the year 2000 and twenty-five years later, today? Because the opposite happened and we are all blaming each other and not the actual cause of our misery.

“Oh they have St. Vincent de Paul and Goodwill… you need to go to those agencies for your services, MJ. We just aren’t set up to be something like that for you when you made all the wrong choices to land you here now.”

And don’t you dare blame it on Christ or any Manifestation of God for not doing enough for humanity because every sentient creature on the planet must struggle and sacrifice and endure the havoc of planetary geological and atmospheric “changes” regardless any human take pity on them and positively enable them to succeed and thrive next year too. Stray dogs get more respect from strangers than I have seen given to my father and mother in their lifetimes. Why mention myself?

Therefore, I had nothing to say on my website until today, and it’s meaningless to you. Zero Sum Formula.
